Delivery was a little slow. I managed to test it in 4 fishing trips. I really like the speargun and I think it has great value for money. Pros: Amazing look, good quality, very strong build, shoots straight, can handle more than 2 bands, with 2 x 14,5mm bands it is really easy to load. The included reel is very good. Cons: Charging butt is small and without a loading chest pad it hurts after a couple of days of fishing. The safety locks the opposite way than my old 85cm Cressi Moicano (I prefer the cressi safety). Loaded with 2x14,5mm bands the speargun sinks (slowly) with the nozzle looking up.

Purchased after excellent test/review by majdq8. Came in different config (was tested with 2x 16mm rubbers and 160cm 8mm shaft), came with 3x 14mm rubbers (cut to 380%) and 170cm 7.5mm shaft - probably a better (and more powerful) config. for use as a blue water gun (should still drive 8mm shaft if required). Excellent quality - will add epoxy to modify (already excellent) handle to majdq8 standard. Yet to test fire (with variety of intended shafts). Only issue is understanding effect of sensitivity adjustment - increase or decrease. Probably need to do in water after loaded.

Salvimar Hero 125/95 is nice and effective guns, however the safety button is not working properly, as when I put it on before loading the gun and unfortunately it goes off easily while attaching the line with trigger, and it happens every time I load the gun, not sure if this problem is only in my gun or it's same with all Salvimar Hero guns. And this concern me.

Actually,this is my first time to order online... i have doubt but excited..The parcel was delivered on estimated date and thats good.. But when i see the package, i thought that something missing or broken in the item because the box has a broken tape in the seal of the package and also a hole on the top side of the box. The packaging is not good. That's why, when i opened it i took a picture and video. But so far I am satisfied with my order. The gun is good.thank's so much Scubastore for this "first time xperience"..i hope next time, u will also guaranty the safety of the outer boxes of the package to ease the worry of your client.. Anyway,thanks again...

It’s my second Salvimar speargun and didn’t disappoint at all. It’s a great speargun in all aspects. Design, weight, smoothness to trigger, accurate, silent. Not too long but powerful 16mm rubbers combined with a 7.5mm shaft it’s just the perfect underwater hunting tool for any separo.

Yesterday got your gun! To say that it is cool - to say nothing! There are no pritenzy to the shop workers - the gun itself is without defects, equipment - as stated by the manufacturer. It was sent quickly, but ... Holland's post office is something ... They had it lying around for about a month before being sent, after sending it reached the address in 6 days ...

I am very interested in the Salvimar Hero 85 cm and have a question. The table in the photo contains the following information: elastic band 16 mm, arrow 7 mm. However, the description says something different: elastic band 14 mm, arrow 6.5 mm. My question is whether the speargun has a 16mm rubber band and a 7mm arrow as this plays a big role in whether I buy it. I ask for an early response.

Hello, the Salvimar hero 85 TOTAL size with the bar mounted ready to shoot is 1.30 meters. The stock and the head can be disassembled but my advice is NOT to disassemble anything since the rifle is very well assembled with its O-rings, even inside the tube it has an extra reinforcement so that the tube does not flex when the rubber bands are tightened to shoot. . It is a powerful rifle: clean shot between 3.50 - 4 meters. Out of the water the rifle is a little heavy but in the water it is quite balanced.
