The prices (of ski boots) and selection are really good. SnowInn continues to irritate the traditional UK retailers who are more and more reluctant to help people fit boots that they've purchased elsewhere! The main consistent negative is the delivery estimate you get - my experience is that delivery to the UK actually happens 2 - 3 days after the delivery promise you get.
