Suprisingly light and easy to walk with, good waterproofing. Would fit better large ankle, but OK with thin ones. Insole not good, choose your size depending on the insole you're going to walk with.

Light and soft, comfortable to wear. And it grips well. Very good at Gore-Tex. I bought Salewa ss shoes twice, but I would like to buy more.

Hello, Yes, the heel welt allows for a use with semi-automatic crampons. However, we suggest use strap crampons instead. regards
